i was laid off on friday. lovely. i know i haven't updated in a long time, gonna try to fix that... i'll have ample time, probably.

well holy hell it's been a long time. i've got a job now, working 40+ hours a week. and probably 50+ after thanksgiving. (oi)

not much is really going on. life is good. i think i'm going to buy myself an 80G black video ipod for christmas. :D if i can pay my bills and get something nice for myself, too, why the hell not?

anyway. i'll try to update this thing more frequently.

holy crap a lot had happened. i got a JOB! i go for orientation on the 27th, and i actually start on the 30th. BUT! they called me today and wanted to know if i could go in Friday (tomorrow), Monday, and Tuesday to do some filing for "only $10 an hour". um, hell YEAH. so i go in from 8 to 5. :D it's been al ong search, and it finally paid off. with a pretty good job, too. i work through Volt for Apple. :)

I GOT A CELL PHONE! my first ever. :) it's with cingular, and the service is pretty good. i'm on the family plan with my mom & grandma (nerdy!), but that's cool. i call my mom more that anyone, so whatever. i basically have 230 "anytime" minutes. AND my phone is one of those new motorola slvrs!! it's AWESOME. i'm going to download music into my iTunes on my PHONE!! oh yeah.

anyway, all moved in now. and we have ants. which sucks, but i'm kinda used to it. my mom's house has ants pretty bad, too. so yeah. i took my first (well, second, but i'm not counting that one) bus ride today. :) yay me!! i feel so grown up, lol.

back to the FUCKING boonies. probably today. maybe tomorrow. but i won't computer access for a while. GR. we tried TWICE to get tickets to PotC:Dead Man's Chest. sold out. fuckers. but i have LOTS of new music on my iPod.I LOVE RISE AGAINST. heh yeah, had to throw that in. um. what else. i'm vey tired because i haven't really slept in 2 days, so yeah; this entry will suck.

AND! my wisdom teeth are coming in, and i'm too poor to do anything but let them.

and we'll have to wait another month on the house, but i should be in austin by ACL. YAY!! and they might do down to 925-950 on the rent because the the delay. here's hoping. and i might need to find new homes for my cats... :(

WE FOUND A HOUSE IN AUSTIN. it's 975 a month, and with 4 people working (one of whom is a nuse) we can hack it. it's 2 story, mostly tile. oh i CANNOT wait to move. i want to start OVER. so yeah. it's close to where my ex-boyfriend travis (lives? used to live?), but that's cool. if i run into him, i really don't think it will phase me.

anyway. i want a freaking job. :D actually i want a paycheck, but i job will give me purpose.

BTW, i love target. i got an awesome purse, and a new outfit. yeah! and a new hoodie!!! finally.

and my comp is still fucked up. we might just have to get a new one. gr. so we're going back to the library as our internet acces. FUCK! i have that. i feel so exposed.

my comp is seriously fucking up... and we just got it. so this may be the last post for a while... hopefully not

ok, took the damn thing back to best buy, and we're 3 days past the 14 day return policy. WELL THANKS FUCKERS. so i guess we'll just have to deal with a fucked up comp until we can get it to my mom. (who's a computer programmer. YAY)
